Dear Parents,

We’ve had a fantastic first week back and would like to extend a very warm welcome to all of our new starters. We hope you all enjoyed a restful and fun-filled Easter break!

To kick off our new term with a lovely activity, we kindly ask that your child brings in a photo of something they did over the Easter holiday on Monday 28th April. This will be part of our Show and Tell session, which are a wonderful opportunity to support the development of the children’s communication and listening skills.

A few important reminders:

Hot Weather and Sunscreen
As the warmer weather approaches, please ensure your child comes to nursery with sunscreen already applied. Unfortunately, we are unable to apply sunscreen at nursery as it takes up valuable teaching time. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Snack Labelling
Please make sure all snacks are clearly labelled with your child’s name and placed in the correct boxes outside the classroom door. We’ve had a few unlabelled snacks recently, which makes it tricky to match them to the right child.

Stay Informed
Don't forget to check the notice boards regularly for any additional information or updates throughout the term.

Monty the Classroom Bear
Monty will be continuing his exciting adventures this term and will be coming home with a different child each week. If he hasn’t already visited your family, he’ll be with you soon!

• Week of 26th May – Half Term (One week only)
• Wednesday 4th June – Individual and Class Photographs (more details to follow)
• Friday 20th June – Annual Trip to Bocketts Farm
• This is not a regular school day, and we kindly ask parents to attend with their child. All pupils are invited—more info to come.
• Friday 18th July – Sports Day and Last Day of Term
• Another non-regular school day, and a fun way to wrap up the term! All children are warmly encouraged to attend.
